• Project details such as concrete grade, quantity, requested delivery date, and site notes.
• Files you choose to upload, such as precast design drawings, supplier company profiles, and payment (wire-transfer) receipts.
• Payment and billing details needed to issue a VAT tax invoice or receipt, such as the paying party, bank-transfer reference, and amount.
• The content of messages you send us through the contact form or live chat.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your language preference (stored on your own device) and standard server logs your browser sends when loading our pages. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies.

• Prepare and send quotations, contracts, invoices, and official payment receipts.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where necessary to operate our business:

• With trusted service providers who host our website and deliver our email on our behalf, under appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
• With map services (such as Google Maps) used to display our locations; viewing an embedded map is subject to that provider's own privacy terms.
• When you type a project location on our quote form, the text you type is sent to a location-search provider (Photon, operated by komoot GmbH, using OpenStreetMap data) to suggest matching places. Only the text you type is sent — never your name, phone, or e-mail.
• With government, tax (ZATCA), or regulatory authorities, or other parties, where required by Saudi law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Payment Information

Payments are made by bank wire transfer to the account details shown on your invoice. You may upload a copy of your transfer receipt so we can confirm your payment. We do not collect or store credit-card or online-banking credentials on this website. We issue official VAT receipts in line with ZATCA requirements.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored on secured servers and is kept separate from the public website files. Access to customer records and uploaded files is restricted to authorised staff through password-protected, permission-based accounts. Customer approval, payment, and tracking links are protected by a unique per-order secret so they cannot be guessed or shared at scale. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations under Saudi law. When information is no longer required, we take steps to delete or anonymise it.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or update it, to request its deletion where applicable, and to withdraw consent you have given. In particular, encrypted off-site backup copies of our records are stored with Google (Gmail); if you agree to be contacted via WhatsApp, messages are delivered through Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business); and when you use the location search on our quote form, the text you type is processed by komoot GmbH (the Photon service, based on OpenStreetMap) in Germany to return place suggestions.

We only transfer information in this way with appropriate safeguards in place — backups are encrypted before they leave our servers, and messaging happens only with your consent. These providers process the data solely to provide their service to us.
