1. About Us & Acceptance

Jehan Holding Group is a Saudi manufacturer and supplier of ready-mix concrete, precast concrete elements, and building blocks, based in Jeddah. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and suppliers who use our website or engage our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or submit any of our forms.

2. Quotations & Pricing

• Quotations issued through our website or by our sales team are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. If no period is stated, a quotation is valid for 14 days.
• All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied at the statutory rate of 15%.
• Prices are subject to change due to material costs, order volume, mix specification, site location, and delivery requirements. A quotation becomes binding only once it is confirmed by both parties.
• Concrete is supplied in grades C10 to C60 (including standard OPC and sulphate-resistant SRC mixes). The final mix supplied is the grade confirmed on your accepted quotation.

3. Orders & Booking

• You may request an order through our "Get a Quote" / booking form or through our sales team. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and you approve the corresponding quotation and contract.
• Minimum order quantities, lead times, and availability may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking. We recommend booking standard orders at least 24–48 hours in advance, and larger or specialised orders earlier.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the grade, quantity, delivery date, and site details you provide are accurate. We are not liable for shortfalls or delays caused by inaccurate information.

4. Contracts & Electronic Signature

Certain orders require an approved contract before delivery. Contracts may be reviewed and signed electronically through a secure link we send you, confirmed using a one-time verification code sent to your email. Your electronic approval constitutes a valid and binding acceptance of the contract terms.

5. Payment Terms

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due before dispatch of your order. Payment is made by bank wire transfer to the account details shown on your invoice.
• You may upload a copy of your transfer receipt through our payment page so we can confirm your payment. Dispatch is scheduled after payment is confirmed and the contract is approved.
• We issue official VAT tax invoices and receipts in compliance with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
• Title to goods passes to you only upon full payment. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to your site.

6. Delivery & Site Access

• Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, site conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the scheduled time.
• You are responsible for providing safe, lawful, and adequate access for our delivery vehicles, and for the suitable preparation of the site to receive and place the concrete.
• Ready-mix concrete begins to set after batching and must be placed promptly. Any waiting time, additional pumping, or standby beyond the agreed allowance may incur additional charges.
• You are responsible for the placement, compaction, finishing, and curing of concrete once it is discharged at your site, unless we have expressly agreed to provide those services.

7. Quality & Testing

We manufacture our products to recognised standards and operate quality control, including mix design and sample (cube) testing. Concrete strength results are typically assessed at 28 days. To rely on any quality claim, the concrete must have been placed, compacted, and cured correctly. We are not responsible for defects arising from incorrect placement, the addition of water or materials on site, or site conditions outside our control.

8. Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change a confirmed order, please notify us as early as possible. Because ready-mix concrete is produced to order and is perishable, cancellations made after batching has begun, or failed deliveries caused by site access or readiness, may be charged in full or in part. Any agreed changes to grade, quantity, or schedule may affect pricing and availability.

9. Supplier Registration

If you register your company through our "Register as a Supplier" form, you confirm that the information and documents you submit are accurate and that you are authorised to provide them. Registration is an expression of interest only; it does not create any agreement, approval, or obligation to purchase. Suppliers are added to our approved vendor list only after we complete our own vetting process.

10. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, upload harmful content, or submit false information. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Jehan Holding Group name, logo, text, graphics, product information, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of time, or delays, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Saudi law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

14. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jeddah. We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date, and your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
